Home Health Care is providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home health aide services on a part time basis to home bound patients with a variety of medical conditions. These are delivered under the order of a physician. Medicare, Medicaid and private insurances often pay for these services. Services are available for non-home bound individuals through other programs provided by our Agency.
